A late 18th Century Grade II listed former Toll House, probably contemporary with the construction of the turnpike road at the end of the 18th century. It has been renovated but looks unoccupied. The Welsh Coast Path passes by, turning down the hill towards Fairbourne, or back along the main road to turn off and rise into the hills.
