Stone post (replacement plate) by the A10, in parish of THUNDRIDGE (EAST HERTFORDSHIRE District), Ermine Street, North of High Cross, on the verge, on West side of road. Wadesmill plate, erected by the Wadesmill turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- LONDON 24 WARE 3 BUNTINGFORD 7 Grade II listed.
