Harlech is a 'town of two halves'. The old town is on the hill by the castle and later development has been primarily in Lower Harlech on the silted land of Morfa Harlech. This is a view from the railway station footbridge. The school playing fields can be seen on the left. The hills of Lleyn in the distance.
