Richard Rose Central Academy

Richard Rose Central Academy was established in 2008, by the merger of St Aidan's County High School with North Cumbria Technology College. It was initially based at the latter school's site in Harraby (see photo https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5905260 ) . In 2011 the academy relocated to the new campus pictured above, built following demolition of St Aidan's School, which had occupied the same site.
