Probably one of the most elegant former factories in the city, built in the 1920s by the Dubarry Perfumery Company whose name still adorns the green mosaics making it visible from Hove Station and the railway which runs parallel to the south. The company continued trading on the building until 1982 when it moved whereby it was converted into a storage depot and now into a number of different units and luxury apartments.
