Closed Victorian pub on the corner of High Street and Cromwell Road (originally West Street) rebuilt in the 1930s. Originally the Tower, it went though various name changes in the late 20th/early 21st Century - Crocks, then the Office, then the Dog and Duck (see Image before reverting its original name in 2014 (see Image). Finally in April 2016 it further renamed as the Eagle's Nest, the landlord being a Crystal Palace FC supporter, and was repainted in the club's colours (as seen here). (Despite this final name change, it retained a Tower pub sign, seen hanging at the corner of the building). However, after a failure to obtain a renewed licence, it closed in September 2016 and its future is uncertain.
