The plaque [https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5640132] is situated on the corner pier of the wall, just to the south of Kelvin Timber on Main Street, Milngavie. It is literally on the boundary between Milngavie and Bearsden, as indicated by the sign above, and delineated by the Craigdhu Burn, which runs behind the wall. The path to the right leads to the Allander Sports Centre.
