The clinic on Dubbs Place, off Dubbs Road, opened around 1970 to serve the population of upper Port Glasgow. The former clinic at the top gate of Port Glasgow cemetery at High Carnegie closed at the same time. See the clinic (from a different angle) in 2012 Image
