A fairly new controlled-access street viewed from Anvil Street. Behind the photographer is "The Dings" estate, a mixed estate of older 'council house' type homes, some terraced houses and some newly built houses and apartments, all cheek-by-jowl. Two hundred metres ahead is an ultra modern stainless-steel foot and cycle bridge across this section of the Floating Harbour providing access to Temple Meads Railway Station. On the left, behind some hoardings, a new office block is being built for Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs.
