Tuckton: footpath I23 enters The Rookery from Northey Road

This public footpath links Northey Road (behind us) with Iford Lane and is seen here just entering The Rookery, a wooded open space. The old-fashioned lamppost is of a rather common style within Bournemouth, but on the streets the square base (see first link below) is usually buried under the tarmac and therefore unseen.
