Planning permission has been granted by Maidstone Borough Council under application numbers 15/505757/PNOCLA “prior notification for the change of use of offices to 42 residential units, for its prior approval to: Transport and Highways impacts of the development. Contamination risks on the site. Flooding risks on the site” and 16/503059/PNOCLA “prior notification for the change of use of offices (Class B1A) to 44 residential units (Class C3), for its prior approval to: Transport and Highways impacts of the development. Contamination risks on the site. Flooding risks on the site and impacts of noise from commercial premises on the intended occupiers of the development”.
