Set back from the corner of Folly Road and Church Avenue. In December 2016 there is no plaque to record whose work it is and what it represents. To this inexpert observer it appears to be a primitive depiction of a family - father, mother and child. Other interpretations are possible. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5227948 to a broader view.
