We stand beneath the viaduct of the town-centre by-pass, on a public footpath (numbered B11) which heads diagonally up from Braidley Road behind us to Durrant Road, up left. Meanwhile, another footpath, number B13, comes down the right-hand side of the dual carriageway, seen ahead, and runs alongside the viaduct wall to meet path B11.
