Now a private hospital road leading to the car park, among other things. The sign on the left lists what you should not do when parking, and gives the draconian penalty if you transgress. Plus a lot of even smaller print that it is unrealistic to expect a motorist to read before he enters. It is headed 'Welcome to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust', rather oddly is stuck on the wall of the grounds of the adjacent Wormwood Scrubs prison - so saving NHS money?
