Redundant bench mark on the old smithy in Old Hope Road

This bench mark is on the north face of the old smithy in Old Hope Road. Although it looks old and has been partly filled with cement, it is only shown on the 1967-74 maps, and is not recorded on the Ordnance Survey database.
