To where new houses are being erected on a site described as Imperial Green - Phase 2. Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y10/0898/SH for “alterations and improvements to hotel, including new golf clubhouse, residential development of 75 units, with new access, parking, open space and landscaping – proposed details of the affordable housing mix and further variation of the S106 agreement relating to on and off-site affordable housing". The hotel mentioned in the text is the Hotel Imperial, Princes Parade. Image shows a similar view taken almost five months before.
