Towards the derelict, roofless house, which was number 33. To its left are numbers 35-37, which bear a Pearson Gore sold board. This address was described, on the chartered surveyors’ website, as a two storey terrace building of traditional construction. The ground floor is comprised of a warehouse, accessed by a roller shutter door at the front of the property. There is a separate access to a flat above, which has six 6 rooms. The property was on the market for offers in the region of £115,000.
