The bus in the middle is a preserved former Westcliff-on-Sea Motor Services Bristol K5G built in 1939. The TransBus Trident on the left is operated by First Essex and gained Westcliff-on-Sea livery in 2014 reflecting the fact that it can be today be seen on many of the routes in south-east Essex once served by the K5G. Despite most of its body design dating from the same time as that of the K5G next to it, the former London Transport RT-type on the right looks considerably more modern than its neighbour.
