Dean station is on the Wessex Main Line in the village of West Dean which is mostly in Wiltshire. A part of the village is in Hampshire. The next station ahead for trains stopping here is Mottisfont & Dunbridge. Many trains don't stop here. For these, the next scheduled stop ahead is Romsey station. The next station behind the camera is Salisbury.
