The former Post Office, No.57 Jameson Street, closed eight years' ago. A succession of temporary shops occupied the premises. The building has recently been refurbished and, on 10 April 2015, a new branch of Sainsbury's Local opened. Above the store is Coopland's Secret Garden Café, a new outlet in the baker's chain in the East Riding.
