Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y12/0061/SH for the “erection of a workshop building for the maintenance of motor vehicles together with the construction of a jet wash facility (alternative scheme to that approved under planning permission Y11/0198/SH)”. The site is described as land rear of Tram Road filling station.
