Adjacent to the village of Oldcotes, but not in the same parish, and taking its name from a nearby farm. There is an Oldcotes Mill a short way downstream. The building dates from the early 18th century, but has been added to at later periods. The heightening of the roof at some stage is clear from the change in the stonework. The mill was at the far end of the main building, this end of it containing the miller's dwelling. A 19th century steel waterwheel survives but is not workable. Listed Grade II.
