Set back from Spa Road in Chapel Court, Market Place. Now a community centre established in 1980, the building had been a Congregational Church, later a United Reformed Church. Named after Miss Rachel Fowler, a church benefactor, the centre is administered by volunteers. The main hall and Sunday School rooms are available for hire.
