The former College of Art, dated 1904. Designed 1901 by Lanchester, Steward & Rickards. Opened September 1905. Subsequently, part of the University of Lincoln, now the Northern Academy of Performing Arts. The entrance hall contains a memorial to teachers of Kingston upon Hull who gave their lives in the Second World War 1939-45.
