The green lorry is turning out of Clyst Road onto the A376 Sidmouth Road. In order to turn the other way, towards the camera, it would need to go right round the Sandy Gate roundabout in the background, at junction 30 of the M5. The building is Sandygate Farm, now used by a caravan dealer.
