It may be deduced from the shamrocks on the awnings that this is an Irish bar. I've not been able to find out any more about it; the building isn't listed, nor does it appear in the Historic Environment Record. Presumably it takes its name from an earlier purpose as a dispensary or pharmacy associated with the Camberwell Green Surgery to its right http://www.gorgraph.org.uk/p/4048979
