Opened in 1868 by the Manchester Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway on its 'Blackburn Valley' line from Sheffield Victoria to Barnsley, this station closed to passengers in 1953. View north towards Grange Lane and Barnsley. The buildings were in need of some TLC when this image was taken.
