The construction of the dual carriageway A303 led to rearrangement of the junction of the road with the B3081. This stretch of road is just to the south of an underpass. It gives access to the A303 for eastbound traffic and an exit for such traffic. It also connects with villages to the north. On the right is the end of a minor road constructed to give access to Stoke Trister without the need for a further bridge or underpass.
