Opened in 1886 jointly by the Great Northern Railway and the Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway on the line from Doncaster to Wakefield, this station closed in 1952. View south east towards Nostell and Doncaster. The main station building used to be on the left, now replaced by a modern house.
