At first sight it is not obvious that this imposing building is a Tesco Extra superstore. The facade was that of the South London Hospital for Women from 1912 to 1984, but the rest of the hospital behind has been demolished and replaced by the supermarket. Signage on the old building is minimal - only the car park entrance at the right hand end, and the new entrance at the opposite end Image, give it away.
