Standing beside the A2, opposite the Dover Castle Inn on Teynham High Street. The 'spire' is tiled with wooden shingles and topped with an ornate weathervane. There is a water spout on the side facing the road (but no obvious way of using it) beneath a plaque which reads AD 1897 In the worship of God & loyalty to the throne this memorial was set up with offerings from the parishes of Teynham & Lynsted in the year of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee
