The red-brick outbuildings of this dairy farm on the lane from Wrenbury to Cholmondeley are typical of the area. A plume of steam can be seen escaping from the nearest barn (left). The orange colour of the far roof is due to abundant lichen growth. The farmhouse itself (on the right, just out of frame) is concealed from the road
