Seen on a car parking on along the public road at Royal Parade, the car had a piece of paper "for sale" sign on the dash board and this notice firmly attached to a car windscreen, notifying the owner of their offence to trade in this street under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
