The Maltings in Berwick, to their credit, showed the entire BBC Royal Wedding broadcast on the big screen in their cinema. The superb music from Westminster Abbey, played through the big sound system, rocked the house! Those trumpet fanfares and Jerusalem - fan-bleedin'-tastic! It's just such a dismal reflection of modern life in embittered, anglophobic and anti-British post-devolution Scotland that I had to leave Dunbar for the day and cross the Border in order to find somewhere to celebrate this significant day in British culture and history.
