Concerns regarding anti-social and illegal use of modified e-bikes, especially along the Millenium Greenway.

Regular patrols in the area under Op Unscramble targeting these bikes. Numerous E-bikes have been successfully seized in relation to our response to these vehicles.

Reports of e-bikes and off road bikes in the local area

Following reports of anti social behaviour on illegal E-Bikes from local residents we carried out Operation Unscramble where Cheshire Police use a variety of methods to target these bikes. Aside from being visible in the community and listening to the concerns of Hoole and Newton residents we also seized one illegal bike. We have removed illegally ridden bikes from the streets, ensuring we are making Cheshire an even safer place to live.
