Looking west from the hilltop (height about 25m) south of Bromhey Farm. At this early stage in the year the orchards (mostly pears, just here) are not yet in leaf. There are glimpses here and there of the narrow winding road to Cooling village. The treeless expanse in the distance is the marshes along the Thames.
