Located in Newport International Sports Village, on the south side of Spytty Road. A velodrome is a building with a banked track for cycle racing. The facilities here include: A 250 metre Siberian pine track Function room / dance studio Free weights room Fitness suite Drug testing room Multipurpose indoor sports arena for badminton, five-a-side etc. Seating for 500 spectators. The velodrome is the head office of the Welsh Cycling Union.
