At the western end of Clifton Terrace turn north into Powis Villas. There are only four houses in the road the one in view is number 3. Number 4 out of shot to the left was once known as Grove Villa and was home to John Yearsly who bought the land around Clifton Hill from Thomas Read Kemp and eventually developed it from the 1840s onwards.
