The Stagecoach bus, Route 350 destined for Ashton, is just leaving the stop on Stamford Street in the centre of Mossley. It is on the last stage of its marvellously scenic horseshoe-shaped route from Oldham to Ashton, via Delph. Better than any coach tour, and much cheaper, a ride from end to end on this route is highly recommended for new visitors to this very much underrated area of the Pennines.
