The former Nawabi Balti Restaurant Image on Market Street has been refurbished and is awaiting a new use. Meanwhile the pub next door, "Route 66" is still up for sale. Originally the Nawabi Balti was the "Borough Inn" and "Route 66" was the "Church Inn" http://oldhyde.blogspot.com/2008/08/church-inn-1902.html Compare the scene in 2008 from the opposite direction when both were still open.
