A view up Ongar High Street, featuring a preserved red bus returning to Canvey Island from a rally at North Weald, and a green and yellow bus on an unknown service. The red bus is ex-London Transport RT 1544, KGU 413. The other is Eastern National Leyland Lynx 1403, F403 LTW. This last appears to be carrying the depot code for Maldon, MN, which seems unlikely for this area - perhaps this bus was also involved in the rally, although only 6 years old at the time.
