The “Majestic”, on the Lisburn Road near Derryvolgie Avenue, was built in 1935-36 to a design by James McB Neill who also designed the Curzon, the Troxy and the Strand Image Closed circa 1975. Although long since converted to a furniture shop, it still has the unmistakeable lines of a picture house. See also Image Continue to Image
