A sculpture by Liliane Lijn initiated in 1991 by Artwork Wales and installed in December 1994. A public artwork required to be incorporated into a Marks and Spencers development at Culverhouse Cross. I would fully endorse the sentiment of an internet article (search artquest.org and Dragon's Dance) stating 'Critics of such policies and schemes may well use such incidents as ammunition to argue against their wider implementation. It is hoped that they will not succeed.' but it is worth while considering the ramifications of the dealing that has to be done to try to ensure that development of our country side is done with empathy and sincerity not because it is necessary to achieve developers aims and their personal enrichment.
