Once the one of the few buildings on this lane leading up to Ditchling Common with the lane named after it and now about to be engulfed by the ever expanding suburbs of Burgess Hill. The last of its fields have now been turned into a housing estate leaving just the farmhouse as a reminder of a lost rural past.
