Spa Cottage below the Swan Pool

Spa Cottage is built over a chalybeate spring (the water contains iron) which was taken by visitors to cure a variety of ailments from the 18th century onwards. The Swan Pool was originally the fish pond for the Priory. A path runs down past the cottage to Southlea car park.
