This was once the rectory for the local parish until sold into private hands by the church authorities in 1988. Although the last dedicated vicar to the parish, Rev. D Lewis, and his family had lived in the house it was in a very dilapidated condition when it was sold. It has been restored to a more habitable condition by those who purchased it.
