The east end of Haymarket shed as seen from a passing DMU. The red breakdown crane was also stabled here between duties. Locos dumped here were normally waiting repairs or were withdrawn. The main shed is seen in the distance. Now this is a unit maintenance depot only and locos are not seen stabled like this common view from the 70s. You can't lean out of the modern train windows either now to take pictures.
