TRAFFIC LEVELS NEAR

Introduction

The Department for Transport carry out approximately 8,000 manual counts each year. These counts are conducted on a weekday, between 7am to 7pm and during March and October. Counts are not carried out on public holidays or during school holidays or if the weather or light conditions at the count location are unsuitable.
