Tom is a qualified Police Search Advisor (PolSA), providing expert advice, planning, and management of searches relating to counterterrorism, crime, and high-risk missing persons. He also serves as a Scene Evidence Recovery Manager within disaster victim identification and is a mental health tactical advisor.

He is passionate about all aspects of neighbourhood policing, particularly collaborating with partner agencies to tackle and solve local issues effectively.

He is dedicated to proactive, intelligence?led policing to identify, disrupt, and deter offenders and organised groups operating in these areas.
