Officers are aware of anti social behaviour at the seated area, junction of Hedon road and Ceylon street. People congregating at this location are thought to be disrupting residents with noise and are littering in the area making it appear an untidy area.

Discuss with partners and set a series of actions to take to prevent this matter from occuring.
Police attendance has already resulted in arrests.
