Response (30 Nov 2024)

As a force we realise that over the Christmas period, the rate of burglaries can often increase due to expensive items being stored in houses as presents. We will continue to take prompt positive action against any offenders and work with victims to safeguard them. We will also aim to work proactively and spread awareness and safeguarding advice to residents about how to best protect your home during this time of year.
